Hey, I’m the founder and CEO of Dawgs Roadside Rescue, proudly serving Athens, Georgia. My journey in roadside assistance started back in 2017, working with a major national company, AAA, where I gained 8 years of experience in the field. In 2023, I joined a local towing company here in Athens, hoping to bring my experience closer to the community. But I quickly realized something was missing, the heart. Customers were treated like transactions, and that didn’t sit right with me. I started Dawgs Roadside Rescue to do things differently, to treat every customer like family, not just another paycheck. We’re here to help, not hustle. Whether you’re locked out, have a flat, or need a jump, we’re just a call away, with honesty, care, and real local support you can count on.

Kyle is the backbone of Dawgs Roadside Rescue, the kind of guy you want showing up when you’re stranded on the side of the road. With over 10 years of hands-on roadside assistance/towing experience, Kyle has seen and handled just about everything the field can throw at him. But what truly sets him apart isn’t just his skill — it’s his heart.
He got his start at Coles Wrecker Services, following in the footsteps of his grandfather. After his grandpa passed away, Kyle continued in the industry to honor his legacy, carrying forward the same work ethic, pride, and commitment to doing the job right. For him, this isn’t just work, it’s a chance to step in, make someone’s day easier, and be the steady, reassuring presence people need in stressful moments.
That passion for serving others is exactly why he joined Dawgs Roadside Rescue. Kyle believes in doing things the right way, with honesty, kindness, and real care for the people we serve. Whether he’s managing operations behind the scenes, helping guide our team, or running a truck himself, Kyle brings professionalism, experience, and heart to every call.

Gabriel was born and raised right here in the Classic City, Athens, Georgia, and knows the area like the back of his hand. Friendly, dependable, and always ready to help, Gabriel brings a calm and positive attitude to every roadside call.
Whether someone is stranded with a flat tire, locked out of their vehicle, or simply having a rough day, Gabriel is the kind of person who makes customers feel comfortable the moment he arrives. His local knowledge, strong work ethic, and genuinely caring personality make him a valued part of the Dawgs Roadside Rescue team.

Emmy is one of the friendly voices behind Dawgs Roadside Rescue and a big reason customers feel taken care of from the very first phone call. Born and raised in Georgia and a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, Emmy brings true southern hospitality, kindness, and professionalism to every interaction.
Known for her warm personality and ability to make anyone smile, Emmy helps keep operations running smoothly while making sure every customer feels heard, supported, and cared for during stressful situations.

Growing up working on cars since he was a kid, Troy has always had a natural talent for mechanics and problem-solving. Over the years, that passion evolved into something bigger, helping people during stressful moments and getting them safely back on the road.
As a dedicated family man with a wife and four kids, Troy understands the importance of being dependable, hardworking, and treating people with respect. Those values show in every service call he takes. Whether he’s handling a tow, roadside assistance call, or helping a stranded driver stay calm during a difficult situation, Troy brings professionalism, experience, and a reassuring attitude to the job.
