Our CEO
JOE ROSA
Hey, I’m the founder and CEO of Dawgs Roadside Rescue, proudly serving Athens, Georgia. My journey in roadside assistance started back in 2017, working with a major national company, AAA, where I gained 8 years of experience in the field. In 2023, I joined a local towing company here in Athens, hoping to bring my experience closer to the community. But I quickly realized something was missing — the heart. Customers were treated like transactions, and that didn’t sit right with me. I started Dawgs Roadside Rescue to do things differently — to treat every customer like family, not just another paycheck. We’re here to help, not hustle. Whether you’re locked out, have a flat, or need a jump, we’re just a call away — with honesty, care, and real local support you can count on.

tROY m.
Troy is the backbone of Dawgs Roadside Rescue — the kind of guy you want showing up when you’re stranded on the side of the road. With over 8 years of hands-on roadside assistance experience, Troy has seen and handled just about everything the field can throw at him. But what truly sets him apart isn’t just his skill — it’s his heart.
Growing up working on cars since he was a kid, Troy has always had a natural gift for mechanics and problem-solving. But he found his real passion in helping people. For him, roadside assistance isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to step in, make someone’s day easier, and be the steady, reassuring presence people need in stressful moments.
That passion for serving others is exactly why he joined Dawgs Roadside Rescue. Troy believes in doing things the right way — with honesty, kindness, and real care for the people we serve. Whether he’s managing operations behind the scenes, helping guide our team, or running a truck himself, Troy brings professionalism, experience, and heart to every call.
At Dawgs Roadside Rescue, he’s not just a technician — he’s a trusted leader, a dedicated teammate, and a key part of what makes this company different.
Roadside Technician
Kyle A.
Kyle is the kind of person you’re grateful to see pull up when you’re stuck on the side of the road. With 10 years of hands-on roadside and towing experience, he brings confidence, skill, and a calm presence to every call.
He got his start at Coles Wrecker Services, following in the footsteps of his grandfather. After his grandpa passed away, Kyle continued in the industry to honor his legacy — carrying forward the same work ethic, pride, and commitment to doing the job right. For him, this isn’t just work — it’s personal.
Kyle genuinely loves helping people and is known for going the extra mile, whether that means taking extra care with a vehicle, staying a little longer to make sure everything’s right, or simply offering reassurance in a stressful moment. He’s incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and believes customers always come first.
At Dawgs Roadside Rescue, Kyle represents exactly what we stand for — professionalism, experience, and heart behind every service call.
